Max Timesheets

The Max  Timesheets module enables management and analysis of timesheets for multiple members of staff.

Main features provided :

  • Time recording, includes date, time completed, activity, client or division, invoice number, and items supplied
  • Create templates of activities for members of staff
  • Individual members of staff can record their own work details
  • Units of time as small as 1 minute can be recorded
  • Maintain details of invoices against time spent
  • Linked to Max Facilities, so that staff rosters are automatically recorded in time sheets
  • Flexible Reports for activities, staff, clients, divisions all available
  • Summary and detailed version of reports available for different purposes
  • Print blank time sheets for manual completion
  • Tag times to exclude them from future reports i.e. having previously been reported or invoiced
  • Report on the annual salary costs of activities
  • Allocate and track jobs and tasks
  • Jobs allocated in Timesheets pop up as hotlist tasks in Maximizer
  • Transferred jobs, transfer hotlist tasks
  • View essential job details in Maximizer screen
