Max Accounts

Max Accounts allows automated integration between Maximizer Enterprise and any accounting package, such as Sage Line 50 amongst others.  This allows specific data to be transferred from the accounting system into Maximizer, avoiding the aspect of duplicate data entry, sharing specific information between non accounts users and hence allowing users to provide a better level of service.  Non-accounts personnel can view specific accounts and data related to customers, allowing them to identify information such as sales figures to date, turnover, credit terms, overdue payments, etc...hence being able to take necessary action.

Other data can be linked to your requirements, including the Maximizer modules "Time Sheets" and "Facilities Booking". Time sheets will allow service companies to log their staff time and cost against jobs, whilst facilities booking enables the booking of rooms and facilities for a specific time and date.
