Agendas & Minutes allows the user to create meeting Agendas easily
and then to write the Minutes for them. The main features provided are:
Committees
- Committee definitions and membership
- Details of all Councillors, Officers and non-Councillors
Diary
- Prepare a schedule of all meetings
- Flexible diary listings, e.g. an individual Councillor or Committee
can be given an up to date list of their meetings
- Produce attendance reports for Councillors
Agendas
- Lists of agenda subjects can be maintained on a committee basis and
used to quickly create Agendas
- Descriptions can simply be added to the subject
- You can create different layouts for printing agendas, giving you
control over an Agenda's appearance
- Existing agendas can be altered to create new Agendas quickly
Minutes
- Simple editing to write the minutes for a meeting based on the Agenda, or previous Minutes
- Confidential sections can be identified and printed separately
- You can create different layouts for printing minutes, giving you
control over the appearance of a set of Minutes
- Automatic minute numbering available
- Logs the attendance of members
- Reporting facility to search through minutes to find every occurrence
of when a subject was discussed
