Edge Designs can offer a turnkey solution whereby we manage the total
project for you. Our project management techniques provide you with
the confidence that your solution will be deployed with success
Edge Design 'Turnkey' projects are based upon a multistage approach for successfully deploying a quality CRM system.
Initial Requirement Analysis
Our experienced CRM consultants will be able to advise you in making an
informed decision on the right CRM system for you. With experience
in evaluating and using a vast range of the mid-market and high-end CRM
products, we can advise on the pro's and con's of each. On the rare
occasion that we cannot meet your requirements with one of our solutions,
we will recommend alternative options through approved Business Partners.
There is no commitment required, just down to earth common sense advice.
Maximizer Workflow Analysis
Edge Designs will work with you in defining current business process by
way of system needs and requirements. The database will be structured
in a way that incorporates all necessary ‘data fields’ as per
user and management reporting needs. Set-up of users, privileges and access
rights will be covered as well. The database will be specified and designed
to meet with your business needs. The specification and design of
your system will be approved by you for configuration to begin.
Maximizer System Configuration
Edge Designs will configure the Maximizer system according to agreed structures
with the client.
Maximizer Data Recovery &
Conversion
You are required to merge the current multiple data sets yourselves and
supply a single data set in a format specified by Edge Designs.
Edge Designs will give full-telephone assistance to the data merging process
to you. Edge Designs will undertake the import procedure of the
merged data set into Maximizer Enterprise Format.
Maximizer Infrastructure Audit
& System Installation
Edge Designs will install, configure and test all Maximizer Enterprise
& Sales Team software and the defined database structure. Edge
Designs will also install and configure the Pervasive 2000 NT client/server
engine accordingly if your system is of a LAN installation.
Maximizer Additional Development
& Integration for System Enhancement
Edge Designs can develop additional functionality to your Maximizer solution,
or recommend one of its Maximizer Enhancement Tools and integrate it with
your solution.
Maximizer User and Administrator
Training
Beginner / Intermediate level training (tailored) will be given. Delegates
will complete evaluation forms and a site report will be produced and
supplied to the Clients' Project Manager.
Administrator training will be given to 3 delegates (Product Champions). Advanced features will be taught e.g. advanced reporting, searching, and global editing. We will also focus on import and export methods of data. Technical training will be given enabling you to manage the Maximizer System internally. Day to day house keeping skills will also be transferred enabling you to manage the database. Training will cover user set-up, privileges and security rights.
Maximizer Support Plans
Edge Designs operate a ‘skill transfer’ process to empower your
internal ‘Product Champions’ to act as the internal first line
of support. This controls and highlights user issues, and the strategic
development of your CRM system to your Product Champions. The internal
line of support will have access to the wealth of knowledge and experience
of the Edge Designs support team as a second line of support, who in turn
will escalate issues through their channels to the vendors if required.
Software by nature or user intervention can have several issues to maintain operational capability of the system, and for this reason Edge Designs have designed a support plan to suit the issues that can take place with a Maximizer Solution. The Support and Maintenance Plans have been designed to support and maintain a ‘Business Critical System’, which is continually developing with its users.
Whilst any of these services are available as ad-hoc, Edge Designs recommend that they be taken on new projects or unaudited sites to provide a quicker return on investment by empowering users to achieve and sustain efficiency and productivity.
